This 1-day course will test your cognitive ability to quickly assess a threat and stop it; while shooting from unconventional positions, unstable terrain, from cover and concealment. Instructors will teach you how to stay in the fight and survive with your pistol. Participants will engage in tactical reloads while under duress, with your left and right hand, under timed simulations. You will also clear malfunctions while on the move, as you quickly and proficiently put rounds on target. There will also be scenario-based drills as well that will test the fundamentals of your previous training. Many of us have heard the phrase that "We do not rise to the occasion; we fall back to the highest level of our training".

Tactical Survival Pistol has a moderate a to high physical component that is designed to elevate your heart rate while engaging in drills. If you cannot bend, squat, run, kneel, jump, or stand from a prone (lying face down on your stomach) or supine (lying on your back face up) position then please be real with yourself prior to booking this course. We would prefer that you consider taking our Basic or Advance Pistol courses. Both are prerequisites for this course if you have never taken a credible pistol course before. Attendees will also learn how to process what to do once the threat has been stopped or neutralized.

Tactical & Survival Pistol is intended to push you safely past your comfort levels to create deficiencies so that we can work on strengthening them so that you can become a better and more responsible shooter under duress!
